Thanks @Adamruinseverything for the insight into the start of tipping. It is officially out of control. Pay your people a livable wage and stop expecting me to do it for you. And this comes from someone who had jobs that tipped. Did I enjoy them? Yes. Should I have had to rely on them? No.
